**Stretch + Flow: **The focus is on creating space in all ways. Through slower movements, you'll move through different shapes that help release, using breath to expand and restful endings to close with clarity.Please note, the schedule now shows ALL my classes so make sure you've chosen the right one!
Please always check the schedule before booking as there will be some dates that there will be no class!Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own and any supports such as blocks and straps.Classes are open to all abilities and are mixed - no one body is the same so options will always be provided!
